The resistant dextrin is a low-calorie dextran which is processed from starch, it’s methanated by starch saccharification and a low molecular weight water-soluble dietary fiber. In addition to the α-1, 4 and α-1,6 glucosides originally possessed by starch, it also possesses α-1, 2 and α-1,3-linked glucosides, which are difficult to digest structures of human body.
